How can I manage my availability and be booked directly online by customers?

Customers can receive immediate availability information on Expert Marketplace. This makes pre-selection easier, reduces planning time and improves the customer experience.

To enable customers to check your availability directly online, you must make the necessary settings in your account. Experts with instant availability information can also be reserved or booked directly online.

Activate availability information and bookability

The following settings are necessary so that customers can check your availability directly in your profile:

  1. Log in with your Expert Marketplace account and go to the "Bookings" page in your account settings.

  2. Create at least one availability rule OR connect at least one Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar. We recommend both for the most accurate availability information.

If you want customers to be able to book you directly online, the following additional settings are required:

  • Enter your pulse rate, your daily rate and your Expert Video Call hourly rate, depending on what you want to offer

  • Activate the switches for "Live performances" and/or "Expert Video Calls"
